Refund Policy - the basics
At Lux Outdoor Furniture, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:
1. Refund Eligibility
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that clearance items, gift cards, personalized items, and items marked as “non-returnable” cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover the cost of return shipping.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
